The simplified renderings on evenly spread, flat colour areas resemble lyrical flower like forms in the works by Chharamangla. The iridescently hued strokes in the form of breaking lines disperse from a common origin and spread in one direction towards the edge of the pictorial surface. A bold yet sleek and sinuously moving ‘line’ resembles the stalk and swiftly sways in the open space that it reigns over completely. Couple of more thread like stark black lines, rhythmically move around and create a simplified periphery as if representing the delicate and transparent petals of the flower. The central core of the flower from where the strokes begin remains the centre of interest of the composition and also a sense of momentum and flow of energy gets initiated from there and spreads in beautiful strands of thin hair like trails.
